Learn to train your brain and build the mental skills to perform at your best every day.
Are you struggling with:
Feeling like an impostor?
Trying to control people or situations?
Saying "yes" when you want to say "no"?
Judging yourself or others?
Avoiding difficult conversations?
The source of these problems is NOT a lack of training or skill; it is a lack of “Mental Fitness,” the ability to respond to life’s challenges with a
Most training creates short-lived positivity that
fizzles soon after the event. However,
breakthroughs in neuroscience and behavior
management reveals a proven process for
bringing out the best in people consistently and
bringing an increased resilience to their work.
Your mind is your best friend. But it can also be your worst enemy.
Wouldn't you rather thrive with positive emotions while handling life’s challenges? These include empathy, compassion, gratitude, curiosity, the joy of creativity, and calm, clear-headed laser-focused action. Wire your brain for creativity and big picture awareness of what is important to discover your best course of action.
How are you currently dealing with stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, shame, guilt, frustration, and mind chatter? Are you merely surviving with negative emotions that are only helpful for a second as they alert you to dangers or issues? Staying in these emotions limits your ability to see clearly and choose the most impactful response.
Shifting the Balance of Power
Your brain is made up of neurons that communicate via chemical and electrical signals. There are multiple choices for which direction the signals will travel, so the question is which neuron will be activated? Every time a neuron activates another neuron, they become more closely wired together, making it more likely that the signal will go in that direction the next time around. This constitutes a “neural pathway.”
Scientists and psychologists are now able to pinpoint the regions of the brain involved in producing different thoughts or feelings and identify the neural functions involved with the activation of positive and negative thoughts.
In PQ, if your negative thoughts have become an automatic habit, that's a Saboteur.
Your Saboteurs generate all your negative emotions, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination, insensitivity, or discontent. Mental fitness requires the ability to intercept and discredit the Saboteurs.
Meet YOUR Saboteurs:
Jenny Harshman - Director of Clinical Learning and Development
Now that you've identified your Saboteurs, it's time to meet the "muscles" that will help you rewire your brain.
Mental fitness requires these 3 core muscles:
Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
This muscle intercepts and discredits the Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you boost your Self-
Command muscle. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Your Sage is the muscle in you that responds to challenges with a clear, calm mind and positive emotions. You will learn how your Sage accesses 5 positive powers (Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate). When your Sage is enabled, every problem or challenge can be
converted into a gift and opportunity.
